We only plan one wedding per weekend to give you the utmost customer service and attention to detail your require. - Location search - reception hall, winery, backyard, park, mansion, barn, bed and breakfast, historical site, or unique site.
- Budget planning
- Assist with choosing a caterer/ menu's
- Provide guidance and assist with issues regarding proper etiquette
- Create a customized binder curtailed to your wedding needs

- Floral design assistance for bridal party, centerpieces & room decor
- Decor design/ theme creation assistance for both indoor and outdoor weddings
- Favors - we can assist you with choosing a lovely way to say "thank you" to your guests
- Assist with choosing invitations, ceremony booklets, menu cards
- Invitation Service - Included in the full planning, we will assemble your invitations, mail them (client pays for postage), and receive back your RSVP's and track them appropriately throughout the response process - spreadsheets are provided frequently and your RSVP cards are given back to you in a lovely keepsack album.
- Hotel negotiations and coordinate room blocks and welcome packages (inquire about our wonderful welcome bags!)
- Table seating Chart and Place cards - we handle this for you!
- Wedding accessories — unity candles, ring bearer pillow, bubbles etc.
- Wedding accessories deliverered to ceremony & reception hall
- Create timeline and distribute to all parties involved
- Create timelines for bridal party and distribute to them at the rehearsal
- Errands - we will run them for you!
- Hotel and Bus Coordination - We will book the appropriate hotels and B & B's for accommodations and book/ coordinate the appropirate bus schedules and directions with the busing company.
- Hotel Gift bags - We will deliver them for you ahead of time. We can create beautiful gift bags for you, inquire on pricing.
- Work with caterer/ wedding hall contact regarding menu and various logistics and confirm them.
- Reception set-up — we are onsite to ensure everything is what you imagined and contracted for
- Ceremony coordination of your bridal party, officiant and guests
- Vendor payments - determine final payments and, give suggestions for tips
- On your wedding day, ensure cocktail hour food ordered is displayed and stations are constantly full!
- Wedding coordinator is present at rehearsal and entire wedding day until your last guest leaves to ensure everything runs smoothly as planned.
- Tuxedo rental return service. If anyone is from out of town, we will also pick up the tuxedo's.
- Honeymoon Specialist- We will research the perfect place for your honeymoon, book your airline and land portion and any activities while onsite, transfers etc. Book your honeymoon for 5 or more nights and receive a $75.00 gift card to Linen's n' Things to spend on your new home!

Tying up the details. You planned your wedding and now you hope it all goes according to plan.
We work with you around 6 - 8 weeks prior to your day, book early to secure your date as this is a popular package.
The last few weeks before your big day are usually quite stressful. Let us give you peace of mind! So you can relax and enjoy your day.
- Initial meeting is complimentary
- 3 more meetings in person. Typically we do a walk through together at your ceremony location and reception location so we understand your vision
- Coordinator will meet your catering manager and tour the facility, go over logistics, menu, seating, flow of event and confirm your contract.
- It an outdoor wedding, we will visit your site location and with your rental company and catering contact person
- Review all signed contracts from your pre-selected vendors. We introduce ourselves to your vendors prior to your wedding day.
- Provide timelines for rehearsal and wedding day to all attendants.
- Confirm all pre-selected vendors, provide directions, contract obligations and provide them with the timeline.
- Handle deliveries and set-up of ceremony items and wedding reception items (toasting flutes, cake knife and server, place cards etc.)
- Hotel welcome bag deliveries - we will deliver the welcome bags for you directly to the hotel and B & B's.
- Bus Coordination for your overnight guests. We provide a transportation coordinator who will be onsite and handle guests needs for transportation
- Create timelines for bridal party and distribute to them at the rehearsal
- Rehearsal coordination
- Wedding day coordination
- Onsite to accept all deliveries and audit for accuracy, greet vendors and make sure they are setting up properly and performing contractual obligations
- Coordinator tends to bride and groom immediate family and wedding until the last guest leaves the wedding.
